3/2/2012 4:22:34 PM As already stated, op try to move the brightness setting past setting 4. The first 4 is meant for night vision. Hell turn it all the way up just to confirm it works at all… Also the battery, make sure it is installed correctly. If it is DOA, that really sucks!
